The Country, State, Diocese, and Chapel/Parish information is desired so we can know where adorers will be and provide that information to others so we can fill those chapels.

If your Chapel/Parish is not listed for your diocese please specify in the comments and we will add it to our list of chapels. (Please note. If a chapel is listed that does not mean anyone has specified that chapel for an event.
